Carphone Warehouse is also offering the device on monthly plans starting at £37.50 a month. Only the black colour option is being offered. Unfamiliar with the Motorola Moto X Force? The smartphone sports a 5.4-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD), which works out to a pixel density of 540 ppi. The screen is protected by Motorola’s five-layer ShatterShield technology, which guarantees the screen will not shatter within four years of use. Additionally, the scratch-resistant AMOLED screen found on top of the aluminium chassis is of the flexible type that bends upon impact instead of cracking. Storage options include 32 GB and 64 GB versions. It also comes with a microSD card slot. Its camera combo consists of a 21-megapixel rear-facing camera (Sony IMX230 sensor) with a dual-tone LED flash and F/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for snapping selfies and video chat are on board. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core processor, with cores clocked as much as 2 GHz, coupled with 3 GB of RAM. It features a 3,760 mAh battery that charges fast with Motorola’s TurboPower charger. It runs Android 5.1 (Lollipop) out of the box, with the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update to roll out to the device in the near future.

The Motorola X Force features a flat front and arched back. In the middle is an aluminium chassis. It measures 149.8 x 78 x 9.2 mm and weighs in at 169 g. The smartphone is protected by a liquid-repelling nano coating, but isn’t fully water-resistant. It will not survive being completely submerged in water.
