Alcatel have released their first ever Qwerty keypad phone, the new Alcatel 800 (One Touch) has been made available as a Pay As you Go phone at a very affordable price. Looking similar to many Blackberry models the Alcatel OT 800 White / Silver edition offers a front facing Qwerty keypad for quick and easy text input for text messaging alongside a nicely designed scroll-wheel for navigating through the phones menu system.

Initially launched on pay as you go the Silver / White Alcatel 800 is also expected to be released as a contract handset over the coming days.
