Samsung Galaxy Grand Lite passes through FCC
Previous reports have leaked information about the Samsung Galaxy Grand Lite, the cheaper version of the Samsung Galaxy Grand. Now, the device has passed through the FCC.
PhoneArena spotted the approval and reports, “While Samsung has not confirmed the existence of the new Galaxy Grand GT-I9060, the FCC approved the device today. Unfortunately, the Federal Commission doesn’t reveal much abut it. But it confirms that it’s a “phone with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth”, while its battery appears to be a 2,100 mAh one.”
Speaking more about specs, the site says, “The rest of the new Galaxy’s features supposedly include a 5 inch display with 480 x 800 pixels, dual SIM capabilities, 5MP rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, and MicroSD card support. The handset may run Android 4.3 Jelly Bean at launch.”
Samsung is expected to officially unveil the Galaxy Grand Lite at MWC 2014, which will be kicking off in Barcelona in February. Keep it here for more updates.
