Apart from giving us an idea as to how much the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus will cost in Europe, the leak also reconfirms that storage options will not be upgraded in the upcoming models. Past reports said that the base model would be a 32 GB storage option, but this information reveals that the 16 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB storage options will remain unchanged.
If you’re unfamiliar with the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S, the two are expected to look like their predecessors, but be slightly thicker. Despite no changes in appearance, the two are expected to come with more powerful hardware. Force Touch, a feature that can tell the difference between a soft tap and a hard tap, is one of them. It is currently only found on board the Apple Watch. Another is a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with support for 4K video recording, which is huge improvement from the current iPhones’ 8-megapixel camera. They are also said to have an improved front-facing camera with the screen doubling as a front-facing flash. Recent reports revealed that the two will offer new animated wallpapers. A triple-core A9 chip coupled with 2 GB of RAM is said to be under the hood.
Apple is expected to lift the lid on its new iPhones on the 9th of September.
