An insider speaking to AndroidGeeks is claiming that the Korean tech giant will be sending invitations for another “Unpacked” event sometime in August, and will lift the lid on a new device on the 3rd of September. This device is the rumoured Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
The insider claims that the Galaxy Note 4 will be unveiled a few days before IFA 2014 kicks off in Berlin, Germany. The insider adds that Samsung’s next phablet will sport a fingerprint scanner and heart rate sensor just like the Galaxy S5. As expected the device will come with an enhanced S Pen stylus.
Other rumoured specs include a 5.7-inch YOUM (three-sided) screen with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels (Quad HD) and a pixel density of 515ppi, a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with OIS (optical image stabilisation) tech, a Snapdragon 8005 quad-core processor, and 3GbB of RAM.
