Possible 4.5-inch LG G3 mini variant spotted in import-export site

Past reports have revealed that LG is planning to launch a mini version of the G3, with the D725 believed to be a variant headed to US network operator AT&T. Now, another variant, model number D722, has been spotted in India’s import-export database, Zauba, revealing a 4.5-inch 720p screen. If this is a variant of the LG G3 mini, this would mean that it will have a smaller screen compared to its predecessor. The LG G2 mini sports a 4.7-inch screen.

According to the listing, other specs include a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 8GB of internal storage, a 1.2GHz CPU by Qualcomm (likely to be a Snapdragon 400), and a 2100mAh battery. It is expected to run Android 4.4 (KitKat) out of the box and support 4G LTE.

We still don’t know when LG is planning to lift the lid on the LG G3 mini, but we’re guessing it will be soon.
