Dutch online retailer GSMInfo.nl will be selling the HTC One M9 Plus (originally meant for the Chinese and some Asian markets only) to select countries in Europe on the 14th of July. It will carry a rather hefty price tag of around £540.
If you’re unfamiliar with the HTC One M9 Plus, the smartphone sports a 5.2-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD) (pixel density of 534 ppi), a 21-megapixel and a 2.1-megapixel rear-facing Duo Camera with dual LED flash, a 4-megapixel front-facing camera, fornt-facing stereo speakers enhaced by Dolby Surround sound, 32 GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (as much as 128 GB), 3 GB of RAM, a 2,840 mAh battery, and a physical home button. As for the processor, a MediaTek MT6795 octa-core processor (four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz and four Cortex-A57 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz) with a PowerVR G6200 GPU is found under the hood. It measures 150.99 x 71.99 x 9.61 mm. It runs Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with HTC’s “China Sense” UI slapped on top. It’s a dead cert that the European version will come with Sense 7.0 pre-installed.
There are three colour options. These include gray, gold, and silver-gold, but only the gray colour option will be sold by the retailer.
