HTC States The New HTC One Will be Its Only Android Flagship Of 2013

images (5)Taiwan based smartphone manufacturer HTC has always been regarded as one of the most high profile creators of mobile phones. The company has already released a handful of bestselling mobile devices in the past, as well as gaining critical acclaim for many for many of its devices. With the success of the recently launched HTC One, the manufacturer is clearly expecting a successful 2013 after tough competition with Apple and Samsung over the past months.

For the past few years, HTC has became very well known for releasing several models every year, with designs and features that are similar to one another, most specifically to those with the Android OS. But HTC has recently made an announcement saying that as part of its new strategy, the manufacturer will concentrate o developing features on fewer handset models. HTC seems to be following this strategy with the HTC One as it has confirmed that this will be the only flagship device it will release this year. It should still be expected that HTC will be releasing a lot of more affordable and entry level devices with the Android and Windows Phone 8 OS. But apparently, HTC One will be the one and only flag bearer of the company for this year, according to an article over at Phones Review. The first impressions of the device appear to be promising, thus it is expected that it will be a bestseller for the company.

HTC One devices are already being prepared for launch in over 60 countries during the coming weeks. Because there are more and more consumers looking for other options to the Apple’ iPhone range which has dominated the market previously, we can safely assume strong sales for the HTC One. Some of its features such as attractive and durable aluminium casing, HD display, quad-core processor and  the ‘Ultra Pixel’ camera are just few of the features which will give the HTC One a commercial edge.

The device is now available in the UK for pre-order sales with pay monthly deals announced by all major UK networks.
