FixYa, a repair site, has conducted a study, which determines which smartphone manufacturer is the most reliable in the market.
The study reveals that Apple’s iPhone is the most reliable with a score of 3.47. Samsung is at second place with a score of 1.21. Nokia is at third place with a score of 0.68, while Motorola is at fourth place with a score of 0.13.
According to the site, one of the pros of the iPhone is its “Reliability”. It says, “FixYa users lauded the reliability of the iPhone, stating that it is almost always working as intended in regards to core features and never hits a constant roadblock with one feature. This isn’t to say there were no complaints about the product. Rather, it’s an indication that the issues weren’t showstoppers and rarely continued to crop up consistently on a weekly basis.”
The site also says that the iPhone scores high due to its “Dead Simple UI” and “App Ecosystem”.
The site, however, mentioned cons. It says that the iPhone “Lacks Customizability”, has poor “Battery Life”, and a “Lack of new features with new models”.
