Back in January the Sony Xperia Z was officially unveiled at the CES 2013 show and the handset became one of the most talked about devices shown at the exhibition. Shortly afterwards Japanese consumers were treated to the release of this model and it now looks as though UK consumers will get to see the model very soon indeed. Both Phones 4 U and network provider Vodafone have began taking pre orders for this model in the UK and both companies are offering an incentive for consumers who want to get in line for this special handset. The first one hundred consumers at both outlets will receive a pair of Sony headphones worth £300 free of charge. The Carphone Warehouse are another major retailer in the UK and they are now also offering a similar deal to their customers.

Thanks to a blend of excellent specification and an eye catching design the Sony Xperia Z looks like being one of the best handsets of 2013. The model will be hoping to perform well against other new arrivals such as the HTC One and the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S4. The screen on this new model is one of the stand out features as not only does it measure an impressive 5 inches but it also boasts a Full HD resolution of 1080P. Add to the equation the fact that it also includes the excellent Bravia Mobile Engine 2 and we have a near perfect example of mobile screen technology. Quad core processing power ensures that the handset also delivers exceptional performance speeds while IP57 certification means that the phone is resistant to both dust and water.

The Sony Xperia Z will be arriving on UK shores very soon and consumers keen to get their hands on this new device can place orders for the phone at a number of leading outlets.
