Another important element of the iPhone 5 that has been updated with the new software is Siri. Siri is Apple’s own voice guided personal assistant and the new software will enable users to book cinema tickets using the service. At this moment in time this functionality is only available in the US but it is hoped to arrive in other markets soon. Another improvement is delivered to the popular iTunes Match service. This subscription based feature enables users to store entire music collections in the cloud. iOS 6.1 now lets users choose to download individual tracks using the service rather than entire albums. These can be listened to on a multitude of compatible devices. Along with these new features Apple have also fixed a number of bugs that were present on previous versions of the platform.
