If you have a Samsung Galaxy S3 with O2 or Vodafone, we have good news for you. If you’re with O2, the update is now available for your smartphone. If you’re with Vodafone, the update will be rolling out on Monday.
Previously, Samsung announced that the Jelly bean update would be rolling out to S3 owners in the UK “in the coming weeks”. Three was the first to roll out the update. Now, O2 is rolling out the update to its customers. The update is available via Kies software or OTA (over-the-air) update.
This coming Monday, S3 owners on Vodafone will be treated to some Jelly Bean goodness. Like O2 and Three, the update will be available via Kies software or OTA (over-the-air) update.
Vodafone, however, said on its website that the update “will be a staggered release”. It said, “Great news, the Android 4.1 JellyBean update will be made available for Samsung Galaxy S3 handsets purchased from Vodafone on Monday.
“The update will be a staggered release, meaning customers will be notified in batches that it’s available for over the air download over the course of several days.
“If you choose to download it over the air, we’d recommend using WiFi as the file size is substantial.
“Alternatively, if you’d like to update without waiting for the over the air prompt, connect your phone to your PC with Samsung Kies and you’ll be able to update once it’s available on Monday.”
T-Mobile and Orange are yet to announce when they plan to push out the update. We’ll keep you posted once we hear from either of the two.

i have gone to both samsun g and 02 shops westfield and tghey both dont have jelly bean update accept when told by headquaters so if you have 02 and recieved update jelly bean please let me know how
