iPhone 5 leaked in video – is it the real deal?

Apple is scheduled to unveil the hotly anticipated iPhone 5 on the 12th of September. This, however, has not stopped the device from being leaked on the internet.  A new video shows the device in action.

Vgooo, a Chinese site, claims the video was recorded within Foxconn, the factory tasked to manufacture the new iPhone. It shows the rumoured device side-by-side with the iPhone 4S. They are also shown booting up, with the iPhone 5 booting up slightly faster.

Although the device looks to be the unreleased device in action, there is one thing that will have you scratching your head. An onscreen message reads, “We’re unable to complete you.”

Other than the onscreen message, the device does show us how it compares to the iPhone 4S in terms of shape and size. It does show a taller device. Previous leaks claimed that the new iPhone will sport a 4-inch display with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Do you think this is the iPhone 5 in action? Share your opinion through a comment.
