Recently, Apple won its patent case against Samsung. As a result, the Korean tech giant was made to pay the Cupertino firm a whopping $1 billion in damages. Now, according to The Verge, Apple has added four devices in its second patent case against Samsung.
The four new devices Apple claims infringe their patents include the Galaxy S3, US Verizon’s version of the S3, the Galaxy Note, and the Galaxy Note 10.1. Apple is seeking a sales ban of the said devices in the US. With the way things turned out in the previous trial, we’re expecting the same outcome.
Do you think the second trial between Apple and Samsung will have the same outcome, or do you think the Korean firm will be victorious this time? Share your thoughts.
