LG Optimus 2X O2 Contract Deals Released
Since its launch in last month the new LG Optimus 2X dual core powerhouse has been given deals on Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile and now there’s a large range of O2 contract deals to choose from.
LG Optimus 2X deals on O2 have recently been adjusted by the network to absorb the recent VAT rise, this means no extra annoying pennies on the line rental cost each month and some brand new tariffs that now include that all important data allowance.
Consumers can now pick up a free LG Optimus 2X at just £31 per month with 600 minutes and unlimited SMS or at £32 with 300 minutes, unlimited text and a useful 500MB of data each month.
This is not only the first LG phone to sport a dual core processor but the LG Optimus 2X is also the first in the UK to offer this new technology, it makes for a faster, smoother user experience that can run multiple apps, stream live content and whip through the menu with no lag time or juttering.

The processor is an NVIDIA 2x 1GHz Tegra2 which makes browsing the web, loading applications and overall performance of the handset will be incredibly fast and easy, but there’s also one other introduction of new technology on the Optimus 2X and that’s its amazing new display screen.
Named NOVA, the 4 inch touch screen uses ambient light in bright conditions to turn up the contrast for a brighter, whiter, cleaner, crisper display that works great in bright sunlight – something that every holiday maker will tell you is a real problem when using their touch screen phone outside.
On the reverse of the LG Optimus 2X is an 8 mega pixel camera for high quality snaps and video which can then be replayed thanks to the inclusion of an HDMI port directly through an HD TV to share with friends.
This is an Android powered phone running the 2.2 Froyo operating system which offers loads of Google services as well as access to the Android Market for downloading a choice of over 100,000 new apps.
