A new Nokia phone is set to wow the market in the form of the X5, this new handset is a much squarer affair than the mainstream mobile phone design and is set to be made available in a range of colour schemes to compliment its funky looks.

The Nokia X5 will be available in blue, pink, purple, green and original black colour schemes covering most bases when it comes to matching a users personality. The X5 represents a move away from Nokia’s standard type of styling and also combines an impressive level of technology combined with aesthetic appeal. Aimed ‘squarely’ at those who enjoy advanced functionality, the Nokia X5 which is also known as the X5-01 measures 74 x 66 mm wide whilst being 16 mm thick and weighing 129 g.

The X5 comes with an impressive 2.3 inch TFT display screen that is able to display effective colour imagery by virtue of the 256,000 colours it can display within a 320 x 240 pixel screen size. An additional feature of the screen is the accelerometer sensor which auto rotates imagery dependent upon the aspect of the unit.
