Nokia N8 Release Date & Price – Nokia N8 SIM Free
The new Nokia N8 has now been given a confirmed release date as well as a price as a SIM Free phone but unfortunately for those that wanted to be sitting on the beach with a brand new Nokia N8 in their beach bag it may be a little late in the year unless you’re planning a late holiday.
The black edition of the Nokia N8 is the first to make it to market and will be available unlocked to all networks from Tuesday August 24th, the initial SIM free price is to be around £320 depending on the exchange rate at the time of its release.
There is no confirmed release date for any of the colour variants of the Nokia N8 which include silver, orange, blue and green but we expect them to follow pretty quickly after the black edition is launched.

Providing the audio can channel to an external amp via the AV port, this phone looks like being a great tool for connecting to my projector via HDMI, soon i can finally do away with my netbook.
Incorporating a simple 1/4 inch thread on the device for a standard tripod mount would have been a big plus for such a heavily geared camera phone.
8gb appears to be plenty of memory as extra can be cheaply added via a USB pen drive.
Great price as well, this will definitely be my next mobile unless i get distracted, frustrated or just plain impatient to wait until late August.

I have been looking for a new phone for actual ages!!
and i came across this one that hasn’t been released yet!
i really want it, and i have saved up and just waiting on it to be released.
i’m gutted but that the colours will be released in a later date as i love the look of the blu N8.
i hope i get it!

Cool x I’ve given up on the phone. I’ve waited to long then the release date was 26th august then the 28th. And it still never.
So I’m considering the samsung galaxy S or wave! See ya nokia
