We earlier reported the Samsung Galaxy S release date as Tuesday June 1st which thankfully doesn’t seem to have changed but the price has just been discounted by £50.00 in preparation for this latest Samsung phones launch.

Originally marked as selling at £549.99 the Samsung Galaxy S will now retail at £499.99 as a SIM Free handset, the phone will be unlocked to all networks allowing you to choose either a pay as you go or contract SIM card on your preferred service provider.
