A new GPS focused budget Nokia phone has now been given a price and release date, the Nokia 2710 Navigation Edition is one of the cheapest dedicated satellite navigation mobile phones to be launched to date and joins the likes of the Nokia 6710 Navigator and previous 6210 in offering advanced GPS features.

The new Nokia 2710 will be available as a SIM Free and unlocked mobile phone from May 14th 2010, the initial price of the Nokia 2710 Navigation edition with no network ties or contract is to be £109.99 which is by far the most affordable GPS enabled Nokia device available.

The handset is to be made available in both silver and black colour variants with the black edition being the first to be released.
