Nokia N8 Black
The black edition Nokia N8 is stunning in every way, offering advanced features and functions combined with an emphatically stylish black outer casing. The Nokia N8 has recently been announced and is due for release soon, it brings together the latest technology with aesthetic appeal. The handset measures 113 mm x 59 mm wide whilst being 12 m thick and weighing in at 135 g in weight. This new Nokia N-Series phone utilises an ARM 11 680 MHz processor as its central processing unit whilst also incorporating a 3D Graphics HW accelerator to ensure quality of graphics and imagery displayed. The handset utilises the Symbian operating system.
The Nokia N8 Black edition is set to be joined by a whole host of funky colour schemes including silver, blue, green and orange colour variants.

The handset comes with a 3.5 inch AMOLED touch screen that operates at 360 x 640 pixels, within which it is able to display up to 16 million colours. Imagery displayed is of outstanding quality with a vibrancy that is unmatched. The handset utilises the multi-touch input method for its primary means of navigation around the wide range of functionality enclosed therein. In addition the screen has a scratch resistant surface to ensure longevity whilst also providing accelerometer and proximity sensors, as its means of automated certain tasks.
The Nokia N8 packs in 16 GB of internal memory storage with the ability to utilise the integrated microSD card slot, to increase this up to 32 GB. The unit offers class 32 versions of GPRS and EDGE whilst also providing micro-USB and Bluetooth connectivity. Internet access is provided at speeds of up to 10.2 Mbps by its HSDPA and WiFi connections. The unit offers GPS functionality, providing satellite navigation via Ovi maps 3.0 in addition to A-GPS support.
The N8 comes with a 12.0 megapixel camera that operates at 4000 x 3000 pixels and incorporates Carl Zeiss optics as standard. The unit also includes auto focus, geo-tagging, face and smile detection as well as a useful Xenon flash. The alternative of video is provided, with the cameras ability to record video at 720 pixels and at 25 frames per second whilst also providing a useful LED video light. A secondary camera offers a VGA video call capabilities.
The unit also incorporates a wide range of additional features which include a stereo FM radio with RDS capabilities, which also incorporates an FM transmitter. In addition a variety of games are available as well is the option to download further games. In addition the handset provides an MP 4/MP3 media player, TV-out via HDMI, document viewer, video/photo editor and flashlite version 4.0
The Nokia N8 has one of the highest specifications available within the mobile phone market. Its impending release is highly anticipated, offering as it does a wide range of useful technology all encased within a stylish casing.
