The new mini phone from LG has now been launched as a SIM Free handset, the LG GD880 Mini follows an increasing trend from the manufacturers to release new models featuring the ‘mini’ name. Nokia started this trend with the Nokia N97 Mini whilst more recent model launches include the HTC HD Mini and Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini.

The LG Mini phone is the smallest device to offer a full 3.2 inch touch screen, it does this by using a similar design to the previous LG Pop by shrinking the bezel size around the main screen, this makes the LG GD880 Mini a far slimmer phone than any other 3.2 inch touch screen handset available on the market.

Now available as a SIM Free phone the LG Mini is unlocked to all networks, you can simply insert either a pay as you go or contract SIM card on the network of your choice and your mobile number, account details and any ‘saved-to-SIM’ contacts will be transferred across.
