Already released on Vodafone and T-Mobile as well as SIM Free the new Samsung Wave has now launched on Pay As You Go deals, the Samsung S8500 Wave is by far the highest specification phone from the manufacturer this year and includes the latest Super AMOLED screen technology alongside the latest TouchWiz 3.0 user interface.

The Samsung Wave is also the first handset from the manufacturer to feature their new Bada operating system, with so much new technology on board you might think that the new S8500 Wave would be too expensive on the pay as you go system but coming in at under £350 is a real bonus for those people who cannot pass the credit checks to get a contract phone.

The Samsung Wave smartphone also supports video recording at 720p HD, offers a 5.0 megapixel camera with LED flash and A-GPS (Assisted-GPS). In addition, this phone can also be used to access the web using HSDPA with 3.6Mbps speed or Wi-Fi 802.11n and a Bluetooth 3.0 connection is also offered. The new user interface of the Samsung Wave is TouchWiz 3.0 which allows you to customize the home screens with a number of different widgets and shortcuts, there’s also support for Twitter and Facebook for keeping up to date with online friends.

Measuring just 11mm deep this latest Samsung phone runs on a powerful 1GHz processor and is clad in an attractive graphite grey casing.
