Sony Ericsson Satio Red
The Sony Ericsson Satio is now available as the Sony Satio Red. This new edition of the Satio is one of the most technologically advanced mobile phones on the market and as such has received its fair share of media coverage. The Red Sony Ericsson Satio contains such delights as a 12.1 megapixel camera and web access as well as an impressively large touch screen, all of which is contained within the confines of a body that is 112 mm x 55 mm wide, whilst weighing 126 g in weight.

The Sony Ericsson Satio offers an impressive number of connectivity options which include GPRS and EDGE, both of which are class 10, in addition to USB and both blue tooth connections. The aforementioned internet access is provided by the units HSDPA and Wi Fi connections which offers speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps, and the option of connecting to available hotspots. The GPS function integrated into the unit offers satellite navigation and provides A-GPS support.

In addition the camera offers auto focus, face and smile detection and touch focus as well as a Xenon flash. The handsets MP4/MP3 media player, stereo FM radio and selection of games provide suitable entertainment options. The player provides the means to listen to a wide variety of supported file formats whilst the radio offers a range of radio stations. The handsets 128 MB of internal memory, is supplemented by the inclusion of an 8 GB SD card, with the option to utilise the built-in microSD card slot to increase memory storage up to 32 GB.
