I took out a new contract last November and with the help of the sales assistant at Vodafone I chose the 360 M1. It was probably my biggest mistake i’ve ever made. The Phone is the worst all round phone I’ve ever had. I’m now using my old Nokia E51 and the 360 M1 is in its box gathering dust

Oh my, I bought the phone from a vodafone shop for my wife, the blke said it was great. She was nearly crying when I got home, hated it. They wouldnt take it back, so now I have it for 24 months. Its complete rubbish. Worst phone Ive ever had. It just dosent work. Then last week, Vodafone sent me a questionaire. They spelt Difficult as Differcult.

That about sums it up. Absolute rubbish. Dont buy this phone and NEVER buy a phone from a vodafone shop as you cant take them back, do it via post, you have 7 days to return them. Lesson learnt.

Hate my M1 phone too! It is slow to respond to finger touch, sometimes doesnt respond at all and generally fails to do everything I wanted it to. Was also talked into taking it on by man in Vodafone shop and cannot take it back. Also was dismayed by the questionaire’s lack of good spelling! I text them my opinions but no doubt they have ignored them.

I got the M1 for Christmas, To be honest its the slowest phone I’ve ever had. The internet doesn’t work so i had to download something called Opera for it. It actually wreaks my head so much i feel like trowing it at the wall! Its an effort to look a my messages and send messages. The touch screen isn’t sensitive at all. When I’m playing music on it i basically can’t use the phone at all its so slow!

  6. Dan Marshall Says:

Worst phone i have ever used, constantly freezing on me! always throwing me out of the internet. Hate it.

  7. Fiona Says:

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PHONE.. I HATE IT..

This is the WORST phone i have ever had…
I bought a Samsung M1 360 in June this year, I was told it’s the cheaper version of an I Phone.. Yeah right…
since i got it its been VERY SLOW.. and its getting WORSE EACH DAY..

I have it 6 Months now..i bought it on vodafone.ie , i didn’t get any user instructions at all , just a little leaflet with photo’s of the applications, i basically had to figure out how to use it myself, which took some time.. Texting is a nightmare as the keys are tiny and im a girl.. so i’d be amazed if a man sized hand could use it.
The touch screen doesn’t register until about 10 seconds after you press it.
Internet never worked using Applications like Facebook.
It hardly does anything i want to do when i want to do it.
If i get a text i get to view it about 5 minutes after recieving it, SO ANNOYING..
I will see if they will take it back as part payment towards a new NOKIA or something that actually works properly.

I will never buy a Samsung phone again !!!
