Nokia 3720 on Vodafone – Nokia 3720 Classic Deals
The latest ‘tough’ phone follows on from the previous 5140i model and vastly improves on both features and design, the Nokia 3720 is actually part of the Classic range of Nokia phones and has now been launched on Vodafone deals.
The Nokia 3720 Classic was fir released on Orange and O2 tariffs on September 17th and as a SIM Free phone shortly afterwards, now this new rugged Nokia phone can be connected to a range of Vodafone packages from Free at just £20 per month line rental.

Review:
It feels like an awful long time ago that Nokia released a shock, dust and water resistant mobile phone, but the Nokia 3720 certainly was worth the wait, the biggest surprise is that this new tough phone is part of the Nokia Classic range which gives the phone some excellent design characteristics in line with others in the series which include the Nokia 6700 and Nokia 2730.
This new Nokia handset is IP54 certified and is manufactured from stainless steel with leak-resistant panels and a sealed screw on the back battery cover to lock the phone airtight, the Nokia 3720 is ready to be thrown about, dropped in puddles and if you find some of the videos online you’ll even see some people testing this phone to its limits by hitting it with a golf club!
The main screen is 2.2 inch, 320 x 240 pixel display which is ideal for web browsing and email viewing, a nice touch by Nokia is including an LED flash light in the phone which was present in the previous 5140i model and comes in very useful. On the back of the Nokia 3720 you’ll find a 2.0 mega pixel camera with LED Flash, there’s also a multimedia player and FM radio to entertain you on those tools-down moments.
To cater for your photos, videos and music tracks the Nokia 3720 Classic has an expandable memory using MicroSD cards of which there is a 1GB preloaded with Nokia Maps included in the sales package and there is also Bluetooth v2.0 for wireless connections to headsets, hands-free car kits and other compatible devices.
The battery life will please many offering a good 7 hours of talktime and a massive 18 days standby time, all of this is squeezed into a relatively compact frame weighing just 93g, ideal for slipping into those outdoor clothes or work outfit.
Opinion:
If you are under the impression that rugged and tough phones all have to look plasticky and bulky then think again, the Nokia 3720 Classic is here to prove them all wrong, offering great design and useful features this new Nokia phone is ideal for those that work outdoors, enjoy outdoor hobbies or that simply find themselves regularly dropping their phone.
