With the new Aino you can literally ‘pull’ your media from your Sony Playstation 3 remotely using ‘Remote Play’, but fear not PC users for you too can remotely sync with your home computer or laptop using ‘Media Go’ over Wi-Fi.

This new gaming phone offers a great 3 inch touch screen with a 240 x 432 pixel resolution, add to this a high specification 8.1 mega pixel camera with autofocus and flash and the screen becomes one great big view-finder for those perfect pictures. The Sony Ericsson Aino also has built-in GPS so you can geo-tag your photographs as you go.

Connectivity includes the above mentioned Wi-Fi as well as HSDPA for speedy upload and download speeds and Bluetooth for connecting to headphones and hands-free car kits, there’s also a comprehensive multimedia player and FM radio taking care of your music needs as well as increased storage space from an expandable memory with a nice 8GB MicroSD card included in the packaging.

The Sony Ericsson Aino also comes with a very attractive desktop stand which also charges the phone and headset, this positions the Aino in such a way for optimal viewing of downloaded videos and movies.

Opinion:

A good camera phone with the Playstation twist, sharing content that would ordinarily be stashed away on your PS3 at home with friends whilst you’re down the pub or out and about is genius, the Aino is without doubt a powerful multimedia device and anyone with a PS3 at home should definitely have this phone in their final line-up of new handsets.
