This second colour scheme for this flagship Sony phone leaves just one more to be released, the red edition which looks likely to join the first two models very soon.

High specification is everything that the new Satio is all about, featuring the very latest technology from Sony Ericsson the Satio offers a ground-braking 12.1 mega pixel camera with a whole host of imaging features that we’ll cover in a minute. The first thing you’ll notice when seeing the Sony Satio for the first time is likely to be its large 3.5 inch 640 x 360 pixel touch screen display, its bright and sharp colours make for great viewing of websites, photos and videos.
Getting back to the imaging, the Satio’s highly advanced camera offers face detection, image stabilization, autofocus, panoramic stitching, red-eye reduction and a Xenon flash, these features bring it in line with many standalone digital cameras meaning that you’ll finally be leaving the old ‘bulk in your pocket’ at home. The Sony Ericsson Satio runs the latest Symbian S60 software which offers a comprehensive multimedia player, handwriting recognition, auto screen orientation and support for hundreds of applications that can be downloaded. There’s also a new web browser and support for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync as well as other email systems, for social networking there’s built-in support via widgets for quick access to Facebook and further support for YouTube so you can quickly upload your captured videos and share with friends.
