Silver Nokia Slide – Nokia 6600i on Vodafone Deals
The new silver edition of the recently launched and upgraded version of the 6600 Slide has now been made available on Vodafone tariffs, the Nokia 6600i Slide was first released in silver on Orange and O2 pay monthly deals as well as unlocked as a SIM Free phone back on August 18th, shortly afterwards this new sliding Nokia phone got its pay as you go release and todays addition on Vodafone means there are now even more tariffs to choose from with some great free gift packages included.
The silver Nokia 6600i Slide is exactly the same handset as the original black 6600i, the only difference is in the phones colouring which has been finished in a sleek silver casing. One of the first things you notice about this new Nokia release is its slide-out keypad which has been designed with an almost flush button arrangement which although not overly practical does offer a desirable minimalistic look.

The Nokia 6600i is a 3G enabled phone and offers an upgraded camera over the original 6600 Slide model, now incorporating a 5.0 megapixel camera with autofocus and dual LED flash and a new design outer casing the 6600i is a far more attractive phone. Other features include an FM Radio, MP3 player, USB connectivity, Bluetooth and an expandable memory of up to 16GB.
Although not the highest specification Nokia phone the 6600i Slide does offer plenty for your money for a mid-range handset, it even includes Nokia’s new ‘tap technology’ allowing you to control some of the phones features simply by tapping the handset.
