The Classic range of Nokia phones has now swelled to include the new 2700, a candy bar design handset that has initially been launched as a SIM free phone the Nokia 2700 Classic is surprisingly feature packed for such a cheap device.
Firstly, this is the most affordable Nokia phone to feature a 3.5mm jack allowing you to use your own headphones when listening to music or even the built-in FM Radio and there is an expandable memory so plenty of storage space for those favourite tunes.

The display screen is a 2″, 256,000 colour TFT offering 240 x 320 pixels resolution, the onboard memory is 64MB before expansion.
The Nokia 2700 Classic also features a web browser and email client as well as Bluetooth and a built-in 2.0 mega pixel camera with video capture, digital zoom and low light settings, this is not what you’d usually expect from a phone that is retailing at under £80 as a SIM Free device and more likely to be under £50 when released on pay as you go.
Other features include Quad band support for global roaming and built-in hands-free for those busy situations, the exterior design is finished in a smooth black casing and the flattened keys look great against the background.
Weighing in at a mere 85g with dimensions of 109 x 46 x 14mm, the Nokia 2700 is an ideal pocket phone, and with the looks of a far more expensive device this latest addition to the Nokia Classic range fits well with the current economic climate.
