Nokia 6710 – New Nokia Navigator SIM Free Deals
The latest in the navigator range from Nokia has now been released as a SIM Free phone, the new 6710 is a direct upgrade to the Nokia 6210 and offers some great updated features and hardware.
The Nokia 6710 Navigator expands the screen size of the original edition to a 2.6″ display, Nokia have included a light sensor to deal with daylight conditions making the screen adjust its brightness based on the light conditions. The camera has also undergone an upgrade to a new 5.0 mega pixel lens with Carl Ziess optics and a dual LED flash.
The most important part of the 6710 Navigator is Nokia’s navigation and mapping software, this again has been updated and integrated with Ovi and includes pedestrian navigation as well as car. There are now points of interest, satellite images and real time traffic updates as well as vioce guidance plus the Nokia 6710 has a built-in dedicated sat-nav button for quick access.

The Quad-band 6710 is provided with regional maps that have been pre-loaded onto a supplied 2GB card, this means that you don’t actually need to have a SIM Card in the phone in order for the navigation to work.
Connectivity features include WiFi, 3.5g, HSUPA and HSDPA support, entertainment is provided by a multimedia player and that all important 3.5mm headphone jack as well as an FM Radio for music on the move.
Conveniently, Nokia have included a Nokia CR-111 car holder in the sale package for mounting this new phone on your dashboard.
All in all the Nokia 6710 is a worthy upgrade, those that enjoyed the navigational features of the 6210 will not be disappointed with this latest Nokia phones capabilities.
