The newest addition to HTC’s range of Android phones has now been given a release date, the new Tattoo is set to be one of the most affordable of the HTC phones available and fills the gap of mid-range Android handsets in the UK.
The HTC Tattoo offers very similar specifications to the Touch 3G but swaps the Windows Mobile OS in favour of the popular Android platform, the design of the Tattoo is also different to that of the previous HTC model with a nicely rounded-off base and well spread keys and navigational button.
The confirmed release date we have for the HTC Tattoo is October 19th 2009 as a SIM Free and unlocked mobile phone, the user will be able to insert their own pay as you go or contract SIM card and continue with their existing mobile number.
