A follow up of their first Dual SIM phone the Samsung D880 DuoS, Samsung have announced the release of the Samsung B5702 DuoS.  A Dual SIM slider the Samsung B5702 looks a lot like the old Samsung D500, a design that repeated itself in the likes of the Samsung D600 and Samsung D900 and was apparent in many more handsets that follow having proved to be extremely popular.

Apart from being able to offer a solution for seperating work and home with the ability to run two SIM cards simultaneously the Samsung B5702 also proves itself as a compact mobile phone suited for every day use without being bogged down by an overcrowding of fancy features but rather useful and practical functionality.

With a set of two LED’s positioned at the top of the phone above the screen that indicate which SIM card is currently in use the Samsung B5702 offers an intuitive design.  Although the technical spec itself remains pretty much the same as the original Samsung Duos, the B5702 does come with a larger 2.4 inch TFT display, microSD memory card expansion up to 8GB and support for quad band GSM connectivity on both SIM cards.

In addition to this you’ve got the 3 mega pixel autofocus camera, MP3 media player, stereo FM radio with RDS, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP stereo support and EDGE data technology.  There are other phones out there that have the same capabilities but few and far between that support dual SIM functionality.
