The latest release from the Samsung camp has now been made available as a SIM free and unlocked mobile phone, the Lucido is also known as the Samsung S7220 aswll as the Soul b and Soul Classic but is now being marketed as simply the Samsung Lucido.

Launched just yesterday on O2 contract deals the Samsung Lucido can now be bought without having to agree to a lengthy pay monthly contract, consumers can now buy this sleek new phone outright and use their own SIM card in it to retain their mobile number and contacts that they have saved to it.

The SIM Free Samsung Lucido is an ideal solution for those who may have a bad credit history as there are no credit checks from the networks involved in the purchase, this new handset would also make a great replacement for a lost or stolen phone as well as a present for others.

Samsung Lucido Red

The Samsung Lucido is equipped with an ultra bright 2.2″ Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode (AMOLED) screen that gives clearer, sharper pictures and video that brings out vivid colours, even under direct sunlight. The handset is ultra slim at just 11.8mm, and features a 5MP camera with face detection, smile shot and anti-blur technology. Images, movies and other multimedia files can be stored on up to 8GB of expandable memory.

GPS navigation technology comes standard with the Samsung Lucido via Google Maps. Internet browsing is also incredibly fast with 7.2Mbps HSDPA allowing users to stream live multimedia directly from the web.
