The new Slide version of the Nokia 6600 has now been launched as a SIM free mobile phone, this means that consumers no longer have to buy the Nokia 6600 Slide with a contract as the phone is unlocked to all UK networks.

This is also good news for those that struggle to pass the strict UK network credit checks or simply just prefer not to commit to a 12 or 18 month contract, consumers can simply insert their existing SIM card whether pay monthly or Pay As You Go and continue using their mobile number and have access to their saved contacts.
