Nokia 5000 Cyber Green Launches on O2 UK
The latest Xpress Music phone from Nokia has today been made available on O2 contract deals in the UK, after first being released as a SIM free handset recently the prospect of the Nokia 5000 Green being available as a contract phoine rather than paying outright will appeal to many.

Featuring Nokia Xpress Audio Messaging in addition to the standard SMS and MMS messaging options , the Nokia 5000 Green has been marketed as a level entry phone.
Bluetooth capable and offering GPRS connectivity, the Nokia 5000 is available in a range of colour schemes that include Neon Blue, Cyber Green and Perfect Purple.
Multimedia features include a 1.3 mega pixel digital camera with full screen view finder and dedicated camera key, video capture & playback, an integrated music player and an FM Radio which boasts recording functionality, although only available in selected countries.
The music player will support MP3, AAC, WAV, ARM and MIDI audio file formats.
Other features include a web browser, email client, instant messaging and a high resolution QVGA display screen.
Perfect for first time mobile phone buyers, Nokia couldn’t have designed an easier interface with the Series 40 user interface, making this handset a truly user friendly phone with a very inexpensive price tag.
A dual band phone, the Green Nokia 5000 weighs just 74g and shows off a slim design measuring 11mm.
The internal memory is set at 12MB, which should be ample and PIM functionality includes advanced calculator, 1000 entry phonebook, organizer, calendar and image caller ID, all of which can be synchronised with your PC via a USB connection.
