iPhone now Discontinued - Only the 16GB Version Available
May 3, 2008O2 and The Carphone Warehouse have now discontinued sales of the standard Apple iPhone leaving just the more expensive iPhone 16gb edition available to buy.
Since the price drop the two companies reported a huge increase in iPhone sales and ran out of stock very quickly - seems everyone took heed of what happened in the U.S. when they too discounted the iPhone after a few months of its launch.
Whether this means that th 3G iPhone is on its way is yet to be confirmed, if it is this will be great news as sufing the net will be a much faster and easier experience.
