i have recently baught a sony ericsson K850i , i have only had it three months and it has crashed twice already just wondering if there is any thing i can do to prevent this happening again. please get back to me as it is URGENT its a works phone and i need it as soon as possible. thanks. Richard

Hi Richard,
Your K850i, if purchased new would have been supplied with a manufacturers 12 month warranty, the retailer that you bought the phone from will have details of how you can go about getting the phone fixed. Simply call the number on your original invoice and the phone will be repaired are replaced under warranty.
