Nokia E51 Silver on Pay As You Go – Nokia E51 Silver Released
The Nokia E51 has been available for a couple of months now and was more recently joined by the Nokia E51 Silver Edition a few weeks ago. This new handset has today been released on the pay as you go network giving customers even more options for owning this business orientated mobile phone.
The Nokia E51 Silver adds a little class to the original black model by introducing a new silver metallic surround, the main body and fascia of the handset is still black as is the keypad but this new silver outer casing gives the phone an air of elegance and expense.
The Nokia E51 Silver is a Quad Band GSM device with GPRS/EDGE/HSDPA/3G and most importantly sees the inclusion of WiFi capabilities with VOIP over WLAN for lower cost for voice calling.
Further data connectivity options include Bluetooth Wireless with A2DP Stereo Support, Infrared and microUSB.
A Symbian Os 9.1 Series S60 Smartphone, the Silver Nokia E51 comes sporting a 2 mega pixel camera, video player, MP3 Music Player and FM Visual Radio with features such as Push to Talk and a 2.5mm headset jack.
A dedicated Business device with multimedia features as extra to the predetermined functionality of the handset, the Nokia E51 Silver offers an incredible 130MB user memory with optional microSD memory expansion.
Phonebook entries are what are considered more or less unlimited and Business functionality includes PIM with calendar and to do list, voice command/memo, integrated handsfree, conference calling and a document viewer, for which the 2 inch display screen makes for easier viewing and the five way scroll key easy and faster navigation.
An LED indicator will automatically notify you of any new messages or emails as soon as they are received and dedicated key gives instant access to emails.
